The client wanted more outdoor living area and a detached garage but had a lot of water that drained onto their property from adjacent neighbors.
I installed a culvert and retaining wall. The lawn was contoured to handle runoff. I also removed the existing wooden deck and replaced it with a paver patio. Additional patio space on lower level was added. This project involved reworking irrigation and electrical along with planning for the best placement of the detached garage. Additional driveway space, landscaping, and sod was also included.
