The client had water entering the finished basement through block wall and needed surface drainage correction.
The Fix:
Install french drain. French drains remove wet soil away from an exterior, below-grade wall, and replace it with a free-draining medium that allows for a dry zone between house and soil. The project also included redirecting surface runoff through a culvert, replacing a failing retaining wall, and replacing part of a deteriorating driveway.
